Are we allowed to bring cans of soda aboard?

Post by sarh » Fri, 21 Dec 2001 09:54:28

I get my morning caffiene fix by drinking Diet Coke.  Can I bring cans
on board so I'm not stumbling around in the morning looking for
caffiene?  We'll  be on the Imagination next week, it's our first
cruise so I'm not sure what the protocol is.

Yes, you can.  Carnival does not prohibit passengers from bringing onboard
their own soda and bottled water.

Nobody drinks more diet coke then I do, and you are the first person who has
said they like the one with lemon (assuming you mean the canned one with the
lemon already in it), which I think is one of the most vile drinks ever.

But in answer to the question, no problem bringing cans on board, and Diet
Coke (or Coke Light, depending on where the cruise is going) is available in
every port we have ever been in, so don't break your back, just resupply as
necessary.

Sure. They have no problem with bringing on soft drinks.

As many others have already said, no problem bringing soda on board.  Sue
and I usually pack a dozen or so of the 20oz bottles of Diet Coke in our
bags.  Makes for heavy bags, but we save a bunch.  We also bring one or two
of those big plastic covered mugs, and load them with ice from the buffet.
