Gunmen kill 10 in bus attack in Laos

This report says two foreigners are among the dead. I took this same route a
year ago (Vang Vieng to Luang Prabang) without any incident or concerns
other than a sore bum and a cramped neck (12 hours!) so I guess I shouldn't
complain.
